Our high net worth clients seeking properties valued in excess of $4 million sometimes require anonymity and confidentiality when buying either a home, holiday or investment property. Often, they are busy executives who have limited time outside of their work hours and who would prefer to spend their leisure times with their friends and families rather than dealing with property finding and purchasing issues. For those clients we offer the following services in addition to our standard services for no additional fee:

1. We will attend personally at your home or office to discuss your needs in detail. If you are buying a new home it is often desirable for us to see your current home so as to get a better feel for what you require.

2. If required, we will ensure that all selling agents enter into a binding confidentiality agreement before we disclose your name as a potential purchaser.

3. If required, we will arrange for inspections outside of normal hours.

4. For some of our more high profile clients it is very important to remain anonymous in order to be able to secure a property for the right price. A1 Property Finders will work in conjunction with your solicitors to purchase the property on your behalf without ever disclosing your name. Due to our legal qualifications and experience we know exactly what to do to assist your solicitors in protecting your interests and your confidentiality in this way.

5. Before you enter into the Contract we will assist you in instructing your solicitors in relation to any changes required. No matter how competent your solicitors are they are only as good as the instructions they receive and our experience in this regard is invaluable in ensuring that they are properly instructed by someone who was involved throughout the negotiations and who is familiar with the property in order to best protect your interests.

6. We liaise with you and keep you informed throughout the entire process from exchange of contracts through to settlement.
