the our Principal is a qualified property lawyer gives us an edge in this regard. For example, will you need a five day cooling
off period,is the settlement time reasonable
or should it be longer or shorter, is there anything
in the property that should be listed as being included in the sale, etc.)
7. Provide you with a list of solicitors and conveyancers
that we recommend.
