Our fees are very competitive. Our fees for finding
a home or residential investment or a commercial/industrial
property are fixed. They are not negotiable except for
purchases above $4,000,000. We believe they are very
reasonable given the services provided, the experience that
we provide and the time taken to find you the best property
based on your criteria and to negotiate the best price.
